compras logistica almacen - INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:
- Manage relations with US Supply Chain counterparts to ensure the delivery schedule adherence to plan and monitor the accuracy (volume and value compare to plan).
- Continuously monitor inventory development to achieve target levels and minimize and early detect shortages.
- Track delivery dates in the system, remedy inbound mismatches and Co-ordinate with manufacturing and logistics operations to expedite shipments to avoid shortages.
- Execute discards, returns to vendor and inventory sanity checks.
- Manage shelf life extension with quality department.
- Maintenance of item master in the ERP system for both Clinical & Commercial activities
- Collaborate with logistics to identify opportunities for cost and service improvement for inbound freight.
- Analyze Consignment volumes in customer’s inventory.
- E&O preparation
- Inventory coverage communication with the EMEA customer service.
- ORDER MONITORING
- Manage a close relationship with customer service in case of low inventory
- Contribute to new product launch planning, ensuring supply to support launch on time at budget
- S&OP
Provide reporting support and analysis for the monthly meeting:
- Forecast accuracy
- Production Plan
- Average shelf life shipped to our customers

Se requiere
- Fluent in English – written & oral
- Bachelors degree in business studies / engineering / science, preferably and / or relevant logistics background
- Knowledge and experience in supply chain planning
- Relevant experience in inventory management
- Experience working in ERP systems, preferable JDE
- Advanced skills in data analysis utilizing MS Excel
- Capability to work independently and in a geographically dispersed team
- Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Solid analytical and statistical skills
- Adaptability — Ability to react to change in an efficient manner
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Result oriented.
